TigerTech's service department features Apple and Dell Certified employees who can repair your machine both in and out of warranty. We also have Division of IT (DoIT) employees in store to provide a centralized location to answer many of your computing questions.

Operating System Service - $75
Windows Vista or XP
Macintosh OS 10.2 and above

This service involves installing a new operating system, purchased separately, or reinstalling your existing operating system; media and license agreement must be provided.

Benefits:
- Removes all spyware and viruses from your computer
- Ensures all operating system patches and critical updates are installed
- Includes the installation of various MU-provided security software:
             - Anti-Virus Software
             - Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
             - Virtual Private Networking (VPN)




Hardware Services - $37.50 per 1/2 hour
File/Disk Recovery    $37.50 (min)
Hardware Installation or Upgrade*     $37.50 (min)

Backup and Restoration - $37.50 Minimum
Protect your data!
Operating system, warranty and hard drive work may affect the data on your computer. This service involves the back-up and restoration of your "My Documents" folder (Windows) or your "Documents" folder (Macintosh).

Note:
Data stored in other locations may be backed up on request, and may incur additional charges.
