Return Form

Non-textbook items may be refunded or exchanged with an original receipt providing the item is in good condition. Special restrictions may apply to hardware, software, electronics and music due to specific manufacturer conditions or warranties.

Textbooks:

•         Textbooks may be refunded with an original receipt within two weeks of the start of classes for the Fall and Winter semesters and within one week for summer sessions.

•         The last day for refunds for each semester will be printed on your receipt.

•         Textbooks purchased during the last week of classes or during exams may be sold back under the Buyback policy.

•         Course packs, study guides and exam reviews are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are credited back to the customer in the manner of payment.
